360° Tour vs. Floor Plan — Do I need both?
They do different jobs. A floor plan shows the layout on paper — room sizes, flow, square footage. A 360° tour lets buyers actually move through the space. Every shoot already includes a basic floor plan; the 360° tour adds the immersive walkthrough on top of that. Most agents use both together for maximum impact on a listing.
